The Steppin’wolf gang headed out to Southhaven, Mississippi for the Olive Branch Kennel Club Confirmation Shows. Jonette and Donna met up with Larry and headed out together. In tow was Steppin’wolf’s C’est La Vie, “VeVe”, Steppin’wolf’s Leapin’ Lizards, “Lizzie”, and Ch. Steppin’wolf’s Quantum Leap, “Brogan”.

We are very proud of Brogan who took Best of Breed on both days!

On Saturday Steppin’wolf’s Leapin’ Lizards “Lizzie” got a nice first placement in the Bred-by class at only 15 months old beating out the other competition. She was handled proudly by Donna. Our special Ch.Steppin’wolf’s Dan Mon Couer “Twister”, also handled by Donna, took Best of Breed over a large entry of 20 wolfhounds!

On Sunday we came back for another day of showing. Entered on Sunday only, Steppin’wolf’s Quantum Leap “Brogan” (Lizzie’s littermate) took all took all the honors placing first in the 12-18 month class, getting picked as Winners Dog for a 5 point major, and then going on to win Best of Winners and Best of Breed! This boy is smoking hot, now racking up a third BOB!
