IW Foundation

The Irish Wolfhound Foundation

The Irish Wolfhound Foundation (IWF) was founded as a tax-exempt, non-profit charitable organization in 2002 by the IWCA after being bequeathed a large gift. The purpose of the Foundation is to promote the appreciation, knowledge, and understanding of Irish Wolfhounds by raising and allocating funds for research, education, and rescue. The mission of the IWF is facilitated by its officers and directors who serve on a strictly volunteer basis.

As Irish Wolfhound owners, we appreciate the services of this organization and everyone who donates time and money to help keep it running. The knowledge gained from breed specific studies is indispensable in the health of our hounds.

Also check out the gift shop for some great buys, plus all proceeds from the gift shop sales help fund the IWF.
