Jonette Jones
More than 20 years ago, Jonette got her first Irish Wolfhound, Wolfie. Her love for them has only grown with time and she greatly enjoys sharing this breed with each lovingly picked home for all her puppies. She works for the Department of Travel and Tourism in Arkansas where she puts her friendly, cheerful attitude to good use. Jonette was born and raised in Louisiana and her fabulous cooking reflects this. If ever given the opportunity for a home cooked meal from Jonette, don't miss out! You won't see Jonette in the show ring, but know that she is definitely sitting ring side watching carefully. She currently owns Steppin'wolf's Leaping Lizards "Lizzie", Steppin'wolf's C'est La Vie "VeVe", Steppin'wolf's Mots D'Amour "Champagne", a multitude of cats (Ilo, Mary Jane, Stubby K, Pocky, and Moses) and one spunky parrot - Panza (who is on permanent loan from Anne Spalding of Kellcastle Irish Wolfhounds). Jonette is pictured here with Steppin'wolf's Mon Coeur Qui Bat, "Rhythm" at 5 weeks old.

Donna Yeldell
Donna has worked with dogs most of her life. She has spent time working for a professional handler, for veterinary clinics, and for grooming shops. Now she is working as the director of the Animal Care and Adoption Center in Texarkana, Arkansas. Donna is an excellent handler and handles many of the Steppin'wolf show prospects, helping them earn their Champion titles. She is currently owns Ch. Steppin'wolf's Rosaleen Dhu RN "Rosie", Ch Steppin'wolf's Mrs. Norris JC "Norris", a maltese - Beverly, a beagle corgi mix - Barney, a dachsand poodle mix - noodle, and two cats - Pixie Lilly and Whiskers. Donna also has two children in their twenties, Decon and Destiny, who she has dedicated many years of her life raising. Currently, you may see her in the show ring with Lizzie or one of Larry's boys, Ch. Steppin'wolf's Leap Frog "Kermit", BISS Ch. Steppin'wolf's Dans Mon Coeur "Twister", or Ch. Steppin'wolf's Quantum Leap "Brogan". Donna is pictured here with Steppin'wolf's Rosaleen Dhu RN, "Rosie" on Thanksgiving day 2007.

Destiny Burge
Destiny may be young, but she is Steppin'wolf's future. The daughter of Donna, Destiny has been privilaged enough to spend most of her life growing up with these magnificent hounds. She is wonderful with the dogs and has been showing Irish Wolfhounds since she was 10 years old and it shows. A new mom, Destiny welcomed her son Deval to the world on the 17th of January 2010. She currently owns a maltese - Gwin, and two cats - Blueberry and Whiskey. Destiny is pictured here with son Deval.
Larry Emory
Once in awhile your dogs will give you a gift beyond compare. Our dogs gave us the Emorys. We feel so fortunate that Larry and his wife, Linda, have become part of our family. Larry loves Irish Wolfhounds and the feeling is mutual. He has owned many dogs during his life, but will quickly admit that none trump the wolfhounds in his heart. Working as a pharmacist in a small town, Larry is honest and friendly. He can make conversation with anyone he meets and can often be seen making his rounds at the dog shows.
Larry and his family came into our lives when we needed a home for a young Magic from BeBe's Magical Litter. Larry had wanted an Irish Wolfhound for some time and decided it was time to bring one home. Magic was their first wolfhound and they grew to love him tremendously. Magic also became their first show dog. Magic easily finished his championship under Donna's handling and the Emory's were hooked, both on Irish Wolfhounds and showing. Over the following 5 years, the dogs and showing have become a real family affair for the Emorys. Linda began handling her own show PVGVs, Mickey and Gabby. Their daughter Ashley Emory Reed co-owns her first Irish Wolfhound, "Brogan", with her father, and grand-daughter Emory comes along to the shows as often as possible. With Donna's expert handling they have watched all three of their boys finish their championships and their special win multiple group placements as well as a stunning BISS win at the Rocky Mountain Irish Wolfhound Association Specialty Show this year!
Currently Larry has BISS CH Steppin'wolf's Don Mon Coeur, "Twister", Ch Steppin'wolf's Leap Frog, "Kermit", and Ch Steppin'wolf's Quantum Leap, "Brogan". Look for Larry and his boys at the shows every month.
